NOW HIRING: LEAD MANAGER
Steve’s Meltdown is rapidly outgrowing its “Ghost Kitchen” status and is coming to a brick and mortar near you! We are seeking a passionate and talented individual who loves leading, motivating, and providing top-notch experiences for our customers to join us as our Lead Manager. From now until we open in early 2024, this person will join the HuSTL Team and train up until the new location is ready so they can hit the ground running.
What Does this Role Look Like Day-to-Day?
You will work with purpose, collaborating to create delicious elevated grilled cheese specials and ensuring that ALL recipes are consistent with the Ghost Kitchen location at Steve’s Hot Dogs - South Grand. In your capacity as Lead Manager, you will uphold our commitment to service and food quality, and contribute to decisions that drive our business forward.
What Does a Successful Leader Look Like?
Leaders at Steve’s Meltdown (and all HUSTL Hospitality concepts) MUST be builders of people. They must demonstrate the ability to delegate, to pour their knowledge and skills into their team and to get everyone who works with them to perform at their highest levels.
To excel in this role, you must have a passion for leadership, front and/or back of house experience, and be social, gregarious, and passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences to customers. You should be dependable, detail-oriented, and dedicated. You must also be coachable, trainable, and committed to personal and professional growth alongside the growth of our brand.
What are the Pay & Benefits Opportunities?
$42-45,000/annually - commensurate with experience
Full time hours (Weekend availability is required)
Paid Time Off, after 1 year of employment
Additional bonus income possible by exceeding targets
Additional income with promotion within HuSTL Hospitality
